Fall is not far away. But, before you hibernate, it is time to think about, register, and prepare for the Conference in Anaheim. Hopefully you will be able to attend.
The Conference theme is, “If you can dream it, you can do it”. The place is the Anaheim Marriott Suites, October 27-29. There is a fantastic agenda for each day! Check out the details in this newsletter.
Many of you live in the area. Your help is needed for a variety of activities and not just attending the no host breakfast on Saturday at 7 a.m. If you are attending and will be driving, a donation for the hospitality table, or the bags, is appreciated such as candy, cookies, etc. Perhaps you will consider a monetary donation if you are attending but unable to bring something. Your consideration is always appreciated for whatever you can do for CBEA.
If you can volunteer to help at the Hospitality table, please contact me. Thank you for any help you can give now and in the future.

Ingredients for all retirees. Consider:
- Giving yourself enough love through your own words. It’s OK!
- Taking a breath and feeling the energy moving through your body! (Oprah)
- Choosing activities that you enjoy.
A BEAR Track: “In recognizing the humanity of our fellow beings, we pay ourselves the highest tribute.” (Thurgood Marshall)
Hope to visit with you at the conference and no host breakfast!
